Meaningful workouts, give one a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. You can immediately feel a difference, you walk different, shoulders back, back straight. Keeping motivated to go on a consistent basis is more of a workout, then spending 60 mins in the gym pumping weights.
So as I continue on my journey to self fitness, and muscle boundness I will keep everyone posted.
I will eventually give a before and after photos. Once I am happy w/ the way I look now.
