Workout Week # 1 Day 1

So I'm reading a book called body sculpting bible for men. I made a workout for today and left my notebook at work so....I had to make my own workout,

I worked on arms, and abs today and again, did a 20 minute run on the treadmill.
I did 6 sets / muscle
- 6 sets biceps (Curls & Concentration Curls)
- 6 sets triceps (Dumbbell Triceps Extension & Cable Push Down)
- 6 sets abs ( Weighted V-UP & Weighted Incline Crunch )

I'll update again tomorrow.

Eventually I'll post a pic for before.
